Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Matchserv Solutions N.V., operating the online gambling services available via rivelo.bet and presented in the United Kingdom under the project name Rivalo (collectively, the "Website"). By accessing or using any gambling services offered via rivelo.bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The effective date of these Terms is 6 November 2025.

The Website is operated from Curaçao and is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. Access from the United Kingdom is officially restricted and may be geo-blocked. Residents and persons located in the United Kingdom are not permitted to open an account or place bets. If you access the Website from the UK, including via VPN or similar tools, you do so at your own risk, without UK regulatory protection.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • Operator: Matchserv Solutions N.V., a Curaçao company (registration no. 125676), with registered address at E-Commerce Park Vredenberg, Curaçao, which operates rivelo.bet and the Rivalo project.
  • Website: The online platform available at rivelo.bet, including any localized versions, mirrors, mobile applications, and interfaces presented as Rivalo.
  • Services: All remote gambling, betting, casino, live casino, virtual sports, promotional and ancillary services provided via the Website.
  • User or Player: Any natural person who accesses the Website, opens an account, or uses the Services.
  • Account: A personal user account created on the Website, uniquely associated with one Player and used to access the Services and manage funds.
  • Bet or Wager: Any stake, bet, or participation placed by a Player on an event, game, or outcome offered on the Website.
  • Bonus or Promotion: Any promotional offer, including but not limited to free spins, free bets, deposit matches, cashback, or loyalty rewards, credited subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
  • Stake: The amount of money risked on a particular Bet.
  • Payout or Winnings: Any amount credited to a Player's Account as the result of a successful Bet, promotion, or game outcome.
  • KYC or Verification: "Know Your Customer" procedures, including identity, age, address, payment method, and source-of-funds checks, carried out by the Operator.
  • AML: Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing obligations that apply to the Operator under Curaçao law and other applicable regulations.
  • Prohibited Jurisdiction: Any country or territory from which the Operator does not permit access or play, including, but not limited to, the United Kingdom as of 2025.
  • Business Day: Any day on which banks are generally open for business in Curaçao, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Chargeback: A reversal of a card or payment transaction initiated by the Player or the Player's payment provider.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher legal age in your jurisdiction) to register an Account and use the Services.
  • Prohibited Jurisdictions: Residents or persons located in any Prohibited Jurisdiction, including the United Kingdom, may not register or use the Services. The Operator employs geo-blocking, IP checks, and other tools to enforce this policy.
  • Use of VPN/Proxies: Using VPNs, proxies, or other technologies to conceal or falsify your location, including to appear outside the UK, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Registration Process

  • Account Creation: To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form on rivelo.bet, providing accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and contact details.
  • Email Verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address by clicking a confirmation link or entering a code sent to your registered email.
  • KYC Documentation: At any time, and in particular before allowing deposits, participation, or withdrawals, the Operator may request documentation (e.g. passport or ID card, proof of address, payment method documentation, and where appropriate, source-of-funds or source-of-wealth evidence).
  • Refusal or Closure: The Operator may refuse to open an Account, close an existing Account, or restrict Services if you fail KYC checks, fail to provide requested documents by the specified time, or if any information is suspected to be false or misleading.

User Obligations

  • Accuracy of Data: You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout the life of the Account is accurate, up to date, and not misleading. You must promptly update any changes (e.g. address, email, payment details).
  • One Account Policy: You may hold only one Account with the Operator. Multiple Accounts, including accounts created using different identities or via VPN from the UK, may be closed and associated balances may be frozen pending investigation.
  • Password Security: You are responsible for keeping your login details and password confidential. Any activity conducted using your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you.
  • Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify the Operator immediately via [email protected]. The Operator may suspend the Account while investigating.

Restriction on UK Players

  • No UK Regulatory Protection: The Operator is licensed by Antillephone N.V. in Curaçao under licence numbers 8048/JAZ2011-009 and 8048/JAZ2018-001. These licences do not provide UK regulatory protections, and the UKGC has no oversight over the Services.
  • Consequences of Breach: If the Operator reasonably believes that you are located in or ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom, your Account may be suspended or closed, Bets may be voided, and Bonuses canceled. Any remaining balance will be handled in line with applicable law, AML obligations, and these Terms.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets

  • Offer and Acceptance: A Bet is deemed accepted only once it has been registered on the Operator's servers and appears in your betting history on the Website with a unique transaction ID.
  • Minimum and Maximum Stakes: The Website specifies minimum and maximum stakes for each event or game. The Operator may adjust limits at any time and may refuse, partially accept, or limit any Bet without prior notice.
  • Bet Types: The Website offers various bet types (e.g. single, accumulator, system bets, live betting, casino games, live casino). Each product is subject to its own specific rules, which form part of these Terms.

Modification, Cancellation and Errors

  • Player-Initiated Changes: Once a Bet has been accepted, you cannot cancel or modify it unless the Website explicitly offers a "cash-out" or edit feature for that Bet and you successfully use it before the relevant cut-off.
  • Obvious Errors: If a Bet is accepted at odds, prices, lines, or game states that are clearly incorrect due to an error (e.g. technical malfunction, typographical error), the Operator may void the Bet or settle it at the correct odds that should reasonably have been displayed.
  • Event Cancellations: If an event is canceled or void under the relevant sport or game rules, affected Bets will be settled in accordance with those rules, which may result in void Bets or adjusted settlements.

Live Casino, Games and Chat Conduct

  • Fair Play: You must not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with any game, software, or outcome. Any use of bots, scripts, automated systems, or collusion with other players is prohibited.
  • Chat Rules: Where chat or live interaction is available (e.g. with dealers or other players), you must behave respectfully and must not use offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, threatening, or obscene language or content.
  • Fraud and Misconduct: The Operator may suspend or close Accounts and withhold winnings if it reasonably suspects fraud, collusion, money laundering, use of prohibited software, or use from Prohibited Jurisdictions such as the UK.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

  • Promotional Rules: Each Bonus or promotion offered via rivelo.bet is governed by specific promotional terms, which are in addition to these Terms. In case of conflict, the promotional terms prevail for that promotion.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses are personal, non-transferable, and may be limited by country, currency, product, or other criteria. Players from the United Kingdom or other Prohibited Jurisdictions are not eligible for any Bonuses.
  • Activation: Some Bonuses require a bonus code, minimum deposit, or manual opt-in. If the required conditions are not met, the Bonus will not be credited.

Wagering Requirements and Restrictions

  • Wagering Requirements: Each Bonus specifies its wagering requirement (e.g. the number of times the Bonus and/or deposit must be wagered), the timeframe for completion, and the games that contribute. These details are clearly indicated in the relevant promotion description.
  • Game Contribution: Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements (for example, slots may contribute more than table games). The applicable weighting is set out in the promotional terms.
  • Time Limits: Bonuses and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for that promotion, measured in calendar days from the time of crediting in 2025 or later, unless otherwise stated. Bonuses not used or wagering not completed within the timeframe may be canceled, together with any winnings generated from the Bonus.

Prohibited Play and Combining Promotions

  • Irregular Play: The Operator may deem certain betting patterns as "irregular play" (such as very low-risk bets primarily designed to release Bonuses, collusive betting, or using multiple Accounts) and may remove Bonuses, void winnings, or close Accounts where such activity is identified.
  • One Promotion at a Time: Unless explicitly allowed, Bonuses cannot be combined. Only one active Bonus may be in play on an Account at any given time, and deposits may not simultaneously qualify for multiple promotions.
  • Bonus Abuse: Attempting to abuse Bonus offers, including via multiple accounts, VPN use from the UK, or co-operating with other players, is a serious breach and may result in voided Bonuses, confiscation of winnings, and Account closure.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Payment Methods: The Website may support deposits via bank cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and, where permitted by law and internal policy, certain digital asset/crypto solutions. Availability depends on your jurisdiction and the Operator's payment partners.
  • Third-Party Payments: You must use only payment instruments issued in your own name. The Operator may request evidence of ownership and may void transactions or withhold funds where third-party payment use is suspected.
  • Limits and Fees: Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Website. The Operator may apply processing fees or pass on third-party charges, which will be disclosed before you confirm a transaction where reasonably possible.
  • UK Access: Deposits from the United Kingdom, including those initiated via VPN or other obfuscation tools, are prohibited. Where identified, such deposits may be reversed or frozen while the Operator complies with AML obligations and these Terms.

Withdrawals

  • Verification Before Payout: Before processing any withdrawal, the Operator may perform KYC and AML checks and require updated documentation, including identity, address, and source-of-funds evidence, particularly for higher-value withdrawals in 2025 and beyond.
  • Withdrawal Methods: As a general rule, withdrawals are processed using the same method(s) and to the same account(s) used for deposits, wherever technically feasible and compliant with AML rules.
  • Processing Times: The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe (for example, 1-3 Business Days after successful verification). Actual receipt of funds may take longer due to third-party payment providers and banking networks.
  • Withdrawal Limits: The Operator may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. These limits are displayed on the Website or communicated to you during the withdrawal process.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Bonus Funds

  • Refunds of Bets: Bets that are voided in accordance with these Terms or specific product rules will ordinarily result in the return of the relevant stake to your Account balance.
  • Bonus Balances: Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements and other conditions have been met. If a Bonus is canceled or expires, any remaining Bonus funds may be removed.
  • Chargebacks: If a Chargeback occurs, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, recover any winnings already paid out, and pass on any associated costs to you. The Operator may share relevant information with payment providers, law enforcement, and regulators where required.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

  • Fairness and Integrity: The Operator aims to ensure that all games and betting products offered via rivelo.bet operate fairly and in accordance with applicable game rules and industry standards.
  • Accuracy of Results: The Operator uses its own records and those of its third-party providers as the final authority for determining Bet results, game outcomes, and Account balances, except where clear error is demonstrated.
  • Reasonable Skill and Care: The Operator will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care as expected of a Curaçao-licensed remote gambling operator.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Technical Failures: The Operator is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to network interruptions, power outages, hardware or software malfunctions, or failures of third-party systems.
  • Downtime and Maintenance: Access to the Website may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services.
  • Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with a particular Bet, game, or transaction is limited to the amount of the stake placed on that Bet or game, or the amount of your net loss directly attributable to the Operator's breach, whichever is lower.
  • No UK Regulatory Recourse: Because the Operator is not licensed by the UKGC, you have no recourse to UK statutory gambling protections, the UKGC, or UK-approved Alternative Dispute Resolution bodies such as IBAS in relation to the Services.
  • Non-Excludable Rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: All content, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, user interfaces, software, and underlying code made available via the Website are owned by or licensed to the Operator and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • Limited Licence: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
  • Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or its content without the Operator's prior written consent.
  • Automated Access: Any automated access, data mining, scraping, or similar activity on the Website is prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing by the Operator.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Privacy Policy: The collection and processing of personal data by the Operator is governed by a separate Privacy Policy available via rivelo.bet. That Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read carefully before you use the Services.
  • Data Processing: The Operator acts as data controller for personal data collected via the Website and processes such data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, taking into account that the Operator is established in Curaçao and not the United Kingdom.
  • UK Users: Persons located in the United Kingdom are not permitted to use the Services. If such persons nonetheless access the Website, they acknowledge that their data will be processed under Curaçao law and any other applicable law, and not under the supervision of UK data protection or gambling authorities.

Changes to Terms

  • Right to Amend: The Operator may modify these Terms at any time, for example to reflect legal, regulatory, technical, or operational changes, including changes arising after 2025.
  • Notification: Material changes will, where reasonably practicable, be notified to you via the Website (e.g. a banner, pop-up, or updated Terms link) and/or by email to your registered email address.
  • Continued Use: Your continued use of the Website or Services after changes to the Terms take effect will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
  • Disagreement with Changes: If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and may request closure of your Account, subject to completion of any pending Bets and applicable withdrawal procedures.

Termination & Suspension

  • Operator's Right to Suspend or Close: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, restrict access to the Services, or cancel Bets and Bonuses at its reasonable discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, use from a Prohibited Jurisdiction (including the UK), or technical misuse.
  • Player-Initiated Closure: You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting the Operator through the contact details set out below. Closure is subject to the settlement of open Bets and withdrawal of any remaining real-money balances, in line with AML obligations.
  • Self-Exclusion: The Operator may offer self-exclusion or responsible gambling tools which allow you to restrict or block your access to the Services. These tools are not part of the UK national self-exclusion scheme and are not supervised by the UKGC.
  • Handling of Funds on Termination: Upon termination, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus funds and winnings from voided Bets or irregular activity) will, where legally permissible and subject to AML checks, be returned to you via an approved payment method.
  • Notice: Where reasonably practicable, the Operator will notify you of the reasons for suspension or termination via email or on-site message, except where legal or security considerations prevent it.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Applicable Law: These Terms, your use of the Website, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.
  • Primary Dispute Resolution: If you have a complaint, you must first contact the Operator at [email protected], providing full details. The Operator will investigate and seek to resolve the matter internally.
  • Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate the complaint in accordance with the procedures specified on rivelo.bet and in line with the requirements of Antillephone N.V., the Curaçao licensing authority. You acknowledge that the role of Antillephone N.V. in individual player disputes is limited compared to regulators such as the UKGC.
  • No UKGC or UK ADR: Because the Operator does not hold a UKGC licence, you have no right to refer disputes concerning the Services to the UKGC or to UK-approved Alternative Dispute Resolution entities.
  • Courts: Subject to any mandatory mediation or arbitration procedure required by Curaçao law or the Operator's licence conditions, the courts of Curaçao shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with these Terms.
